Create a Profile
1. As you download your app, you will be prompted to “Create Account” or "Login”. To create an account, select that option.
Note: All 2024 conference attendees will need to create a new account for this event. The login credentials from the 2023 event are no longer valid.
2. Complete the required fields (name and email) and click "Create Account".
3. You will then be prompted to add any additional information. Complete as many optional fields as you desire. We encourage you to make your profile public so that other attendees can find you within the app.
4. Click Save.
If iOS users log into the app, then close the app, and are forced to log into the app again, the user must uninstall the container app and reinstall it. This will prevent users from having to log into the app each time it is opened. This course of action aligns with the latest Apple privacy policy, relating to apps being installed for an extended period of time.

Search Events and Session Descriptions to Build Your Agenda
1. Click the Program icon on the dashboard to browse sessions by day, track or type.
2. You can use the search bar to search the program by keywords.
3. When you see an event or session of interest, click the star icon or bookmark icon (depending on device) to the left of the title. When highlighted, the session will appear under the My Agenda icon on the dashboard.
When operating in the My Agenda icon, you add personal appointments by clicking the "Add Meeting" bar at the bottom of the agenda.
Building your personal agenda saves time, allowing you to more quickly and conveniently access room locations and keep track of all of your plans for the day in one place.

Rate a Session
Attendee feedback is extremely important to us. You can complete session surveys via the mobile app by following these steps:
1. Find your session within the program schedule.
2. Click the "Evaluation" tab at the bottom bar of the screen.
3. Select the session you attended within the concurrent block.
4. Submit your feedback to I.C.E.
After the Exchange, I.C.E. will be collecting feedback regarding your overall experience at the Exchange.

Take Notes
Select the "take notes" icon within each session to jot down key takeaways from the session.
You can easily export your notes, by selecting the upload icon at the top of the screen. This will give you the option to email notes, convert them to a PDF or add to your photos.
